Covid-19 Work Practices

The safety of our clients and our staff is paramount at this time.

The following practices will be followed

  • All equipment to be used on the job to be cleaned before the job as per recommendations for frequently touched surfaces.

  • Our staff will be required to carry hand sanitiser and use it regularly on the job.

  • Social distancing protocols to be observed as required.

  • Our staff will check in as required via the Service NSW app.

Client protocols

We will ask those we will be working with (celebrant, venue, etc) to provide a copy of their covid-19 protocols ahead of the shoot to ensure they have such measures in place. Our team will be fully briefed on these protocols as well.

The majority of our work involves people – EventPix will develop a process with the client to ensure the safety of everyone.

These guidelines will be constantly reviewed and updated as necessary.
